Sopo Japaridze: Imagine a World: Utopian Visions of Marxist Feminism

This discussion delves into the utopian ideas of Marxist feminism, or more specifically, how Marxist feminism helps us conceptualize utopia both as an ideal and a concrete movement. Drawing on Marxism, class struggle, and feminist analysis, the discussion examines the possibility of working women coming to the forefront of constructing social, political, and economic structures to prioritize the needs of all individuals and collectives. The discussion aims to contribute to the discussion on hope and utopia from the perspective of working women both outside and inside the home, creating a more just and equitable society by exploring a need and a vision for utopia today.
