A naive young man from China is trying to memorize his own “hope” amidst the chaos of Shibuya, Tokyo. In expectance of something that could change his fate. The film was inspired by the fact that 5000 Chinese interns annually, enrolled in the program of Technical Education, run away from Japanese companies which hired them, hoping they would find illegal work.
