This talk confronts the ethical, political, and structural costs of genocide in Gaza—not only for Palestine, but for the world at large. What is the cost of silence in the face of mass atrocity? What does it mean to turn away, to normalize complicity, or to remain neutral as militarization deepens and the military-industrial complex thrives? Drawing from anti-colonial, feminist, and abolitionist frameworks, this reflection exposes how genocide is not only an endpoint of violence but a global warning—a mirror of systemic coloniality and racial capitalism. As Palestine bleeds, the price is paid in democratic erosion, dehumanization, and the loss of shared futures. This is a call to reckon with the global implications of the genocide in Palestine, and to resist the machinery of destruction by choosing accountability, solidarity, and justice.
