This urgent documentary investigates high-level family corruption and the disastrous lengths powerful individuals will go to in order to escape accountability and cling to political survival at all costs. The filmmakers obtained compromising, exclusive video footage and police testimonies involving Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, his family, close associates, and donors, all linked to a major corruption investigation. The leaked footage reveals a persistent pattern of lavish gift-giving and quid pro quo dealings in media and business. The interrogation videos are interspersed with archival footage tracing Netanyahu’s rise to power and showing how his nearly 30-year leadership has polarized Israel and deepened regional conflicts. Through interviews with prominent journalists, Israeli officials, Netanyahu’s colleagues and longtime acquaintances, the film paints a chilling portrait of a political opportunist. In his efforts to avoid justice, Netanyahu aligned himself with radical right-wing extremists and enabled Hamas’s consolidation in Gaza, aiming to thwart the creation of a Palestinian state. The documentary starkly illustrates how Netanyahu’s obsession with holding onto the privileges of his office has led to the gravest catastrophe for the Palestinian people since 1948, a series of horrific war crimes that continue unpunished as institutions and the media ignore the ongoing genocide, perpetuating a complicit and ahistorical narrative of the political West, to the shame of humanity.
